Why is having a Baseline Assessment so important? 

Too often leaders jump to create a new strategy to drive new service offerings, or correct deficiencies. However, statistically, over 80% of the time this approach will fail to deliver meaningful and lasting results. A baseline assessment serves to provide a delta between current versus future state:  success can’t be measured without having a baseline. Further, any new initiative needs a clear reason for change.

  1. Facilitation – provide meaningful impact through professional workshops and training, or to equip leaders with helpful tools, methods and training. 



  2. Advisory services – some companies prefer to be the driving force of change with their personnel. We can plan, coach and advise leaders behind the scenes and have minimal, but purposeful, interaction with members of your company.



  3. On-Site – working directly with leaders and their teams. Additionally, engage us for a fractional senior leader role with a defined scope of work and an exit strategy.
